Hello All
I had a nice blog going on with a lot of information on my product line and - of course - someone had to get jealous and blow me in for haveing a "spam" blog. Whatever.
You know - this is the way I look at this situation.
No One Made Someone Read My Blolg
I didn't send it in the email
I didn't cram it down anyone's throat like a commercial
NOTHING
I wrote about products I liked and I let it set here just in case someone CHOSE to read it.
This world is really getting to be that there are too many people telling others what they can and can't do.
I read the bible and it has the 10 commandments.
- Thou Shalt Not Have Any Gods Before Me
- Thou Shalt Not Make Carved Images
- Thou Shalt Not Take The Name Of The Lord In Vain
- Remember The Sabbath Day - Keep It Holy
- Honor Your Father And Your Mother
- Thou Shalt Not Commit Murder
- Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultry
- Thou Shalt Not Steal
- Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness
- Thou Shalt Not Covent
Now we have
- You can't ride your bike without a helmet
- You can't ride in your car without a seatbelt
- You can't arm yourself and protect yourself in your own home
- You can't walk across the street wherever you want - only in crosswalks
- You can't smoke where you want - or what you want (even though it grows naturally)
- You can't

- and oh yeah let's not forget -
- You Can't Advertise your own stuff on the internet Unless your in a designated area
Which is the whole point of this ranting on and on
Why??????????
I can see not sending it to people - I didn't
I can see not making pop ups that someone didn't ask for - I didn't
Etc
But publishing a blog - letting it sit - where YOU go to it yourself and YOU open it up and YOU CHOSE to read it. That's my fault????????????????
Remember the 9th Commandment- Thou shalt not bear false witness????????

Anyways, Too Many Laws that amount to nothing.
God's Laws helped us all to live a better, more peaceful life.
Man's Laws just seem to put individuals in charge - they take power - they make the rules
Are the rules helping us? Let's see with just the few examples I chose
- Does it hurt anyone if a kid doesn't wear a helmet? The kid maybe if he gets into a horrific accident - but to make it a law for everyone. I lived on a back woods country farm road. The only vehicle coming down that road came from a mile up a straight road where you could see the whole way - Only tractors, my grampa, gramma and my mom and dad and their brothers and sisters ever came down that road. But, If kids don't have a helmet on while riding on that road today - Guess what? Big fines, courts etc. Ridiculous. Isn't it better to not make it a law but to make people aware that bike helmets are available and you CAN wear one if you feel endangered. Gusse what else... the person that started that whole law had a manufacturing business for bike helmets - So who's spamming?????
- You can't ride in a car front seat without a seat belt? Again, same senario - If I am running from the farm house to the barn - I HAVE to put my seat belt on in case a cop might be around? Give me a break. If I am on a busy thruway and cars are racing around at 80 - 100 miles per hour - yeah I may choose to wear a seat belt. But if I am going from one house to another that is so close I can't even get my car up over 40 miles per hour and there is no one around. That should be my choice.
- You can't arm yourself and protect yourself in your own home? These criminals are killing us! They are stealing our children! They are stealing our possesions that we worked so hard for! They are stealing our since of accomplishment and our sense of safety in our own home! THEY HAVE GUNS! THEY WANT TO KILL US IN OUR OWN HOME! And we can't Kill them? If we do shoot at them - if we do Kill them - WE go to jail. WE get sued!
- I probably should stop now.... I am getting too worked up.
You all get what I am getting at. And I am aware that the Man's laws are put into place to protect us from ourselves. I think it is much better to teach us how to live better and let us choose how we live than to cram it down our throats and punish us if we don't follow the man made rules. Isn't that spam? They force stuff on us that we don't want. They take away our right to choose. Again, Whatever.....
I just want to be left alone. My blog with my products on it - surely did not hurt a living soul. The only ones that read it were myself and anyone that CHOSE to go there and read it.
